East Tytherton is about 4 miles from Chippenham and 10 minutes from junction 17 of the M4. There are 2 excellent pubs nearby, The Langley Tap at Langley Burrell (4 minutes by car) and the Foxham Inn at Foxham (6 minutes by car). Both serve excellent food at very reasonable prices.

There are a number of interesting sights nearby such as Avebury,  Marlborough and Devizes.  The fantastic cities of Bath and Bristol are both within easy reach.
